Thank you to all of our customers who stopped by our booth last week at at the 2009 International Microwave Symposium last week in Boston. We received lots of positive feedback regarding the integrated assemblies and expanded high frequency components. Traffic on the show floor was strong compared to last year in Atlanta and most of the people we spoke with feel that our industry is doing relatively well in these tough economic times.
It was also great to visit with our Domestic, Canadian and Pan-European reps and distributors. Thank you for all of your great ideas you shared with us.
We will promptly send out the requested literature and RFQ’s from the show this week and look forward to seeing you all at the next trade show!

It’s Microwave week once again, and as always, MECA will be on hand to showcase new additions to our extensive product lines of RF/Microwave components.
MECA will introduce many new high frequency components including multi-octave directional & hybrid couplers and power divider/combiners; some new additions to our V-Line components, and integrated rack assemblies for DAS head ends which greatly reduce costs and simplify installations. We will also be distributing 2 Gbit flash drives pre-loaded with our catalog and app notes!

MECA Electronics introduces the 707 series, medium power, 180 degree hybrid divider/combiner.
3 dB Hybrid Power Divider/Combiners
Designed to cover wireless bands from 0.400 - 6.000 GHz in 10% bandwidths with average RF power handling capability of 150 watts (1 kW peak). The 707 series is wheather proof and meets IP65 and is ideally suited for high or medium power dividing or combining applications; measures 2.5″ x 2″ X.82”. Providing typical isolation of 25 dB, VSWR of 1.20:1 and insertion loss of less than 0.6 dB.
